I bought Sonaar Pro Starter earlier today and installed Sonaar on my website. However, at no point was I asked to enter the registration number. On your web page /get-started-with-mp3-audio-player-pro/ it says a licence option should appear within MP3 Player in WP-Admin, but it doesn't appear, see attachment. My licence number is 9d2e6f89f8104c07591d88eb598e93ab. I want to be able use the features that I've paid for. Could you assist please?
Incidentally, I logged into your main site successfully to raise this ticket. However, when I clicked on Support, then raise a ticket, it took me to this site where I had to log in again, but it wouldn't accept my username and password. I had to create a new registration in order to write this. Not very joined up.

You don't see the License Key option because MP3 Audio Player Pro Addon is not installed on your site yet. Only MP3 Audio Player (free) is installed.
You have 2 plugins to install and you only have 1 of the 2.
