Check out the player in the middle of the page.  It was custom built, and I need to replicate in WordPress.  Via JS it can be handed either a live stream, or any of a number of files from different sources, based on which "show" they want to play.

Can your player do this?  I'm not afraid to pay for it, but I don't know JS.  I can hire a JS person to send the right path if your player can accept it.
