call to action display issue

Hi,  When initially displayed, my homepage shows my staff members in their call-to-action boxes.   If I click on one, say the top Christopher Cash, link takes me to their staff page.  If I select < return or just click on my Sonic logo, it returns to the same home page but this time the images are not displayed in the call-to-action boxes.   I've tried it on both Firefox and Safari and both behave the same way.

Any idea why this is happening or how to fix?

    Hi Cash

It looks like a JavaScript conflict with the Ajax continuous player feature.

Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except Elementor Sonaar Addon, and Elementor then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.

    Tell me how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew

    Hi Cash,

Can you please downgrade the php version on your server to 8.0.22

    Thanks,

I went to my provider portal and options to downgrade were 7.4, 8.0, 8.2, etc,  It is showing I'm currently at 8.0

I opened a ticket with them to see if they could downgrade me to this specific version.

    Hi,

For now, you are running on 8.0.30

I have reasons to believe, but I'm not certain, that the issue will not occur with a version earlier than 8.0.30. If you can't easily select 8.0.22, you can try version 7.4 to see if the issue persists.

    Thanks,

    Hi Alexandre,

I downgraded to 7.4 and same problem.   See screenshot.  When I ran the php compatibility check, it did report problems going to the lower version.  For now, it's still there.  Perhaps you can connect and investigate?

Just wanted to check back on this.  Is there any other ideas on what I might be able to do to resolve this?  PHP downgrade did not seem to do it.  Please feel free to connect and investigate further.  I'd like to use the call-to-action widget if possible, but need to get something working ASAP.

Hi I replied before but doesn't seem to be here.  I did some more testing.  When all plugins deactivated except Elementor and Elementor Pro, problem still persists.   If I change them to the twenty twenty-two theme, problem goes away.  I spoke with Elementor support and they are putting it on the theme developer.

Is there anything we can do further to address this?

    Sorry for the wait,

The issue is caused by a conflict betwen the Lazy load background image option and the ajax continuous player. We have to disable the lazyload option for now:
