I have the Moonlight theme installed, and I deleted a lot of the pages I didn't need, but, after lots of messing around, trying to find the right layout on a certain web page, I think the layout I want is very similar to a page I deleted from the Moonlight theme. Is there a way to just re-install single pages from a theme? Or do I have to install the whole thing? Thus losing my progress so far (I am building a new website via local, so it isn't actually a live site yet).
Thanks, I've now added that template, but when I add it to the web page, it doesn't show any of the products (music releases) that I have. I'm obviously doing something wrong, but can't work out how to get the albums I want to sell, in that grid.
Please go to wp-admin>Essential Grid Click on the "Music Grid - Filters" setting grid button. Click on the "Source" Tab And select the post type you are using (I think it is product)
At this point, I don't know which setting is incorrectly set. Are you planning to migrate your site online soon? Because I don't know how I can help further.
Sorry for the late reply Alexandre, I've been away for the weekend. So, I think I may not have explained it very well, as the albums didn't pull through, when I edit the page with Elementor (pic 17), but, when I click on the actual site, they display correctly (pic 18). So, is it just that they don't display when I try to edit the actual page? If so, I can carry on.
It now shows the albums when I edit the page through Elementor. Strange. I'm going to look into having the website in a staging environment, so it can be accessed by you guys too. Thanks.
So, I'm adding products, and they are now showing in the right place. I'm wondering, how I add "DJ Alkemy" next to where it says "by" on the product, or even remove that? (Pic 19)
Since I can't add single track prices, how do I remove the option to add tracks to cart (pic 20), as there is already an option to add to cart, at a price of £1.99 for the two tracks, so I'd like to remove the add to cart option on each individual track if possible. And also, how do I remove one of the description texts?
When I click on a product, it opens up a new page, where it has the album info, perfect. But, in the related products section, everything is completely out of whack, and doesn't line up. Do I just need to go to that page, and edit it to my preference, or is there an option to do this automatically? (pic 21)
Amazing, that sorted the issues straight away. Hopefully I won't have to bug you any more haha. I'm going to carry on adding products now. Thanks so much for all your help.
01: So, I have added a lot of media to my WP Admin page, ready to upload to my store. But I have a few questions, before I load everything. I can't seem to generate an audio preview. Every time I try, it says "Error! File has not been created", even if I choose General settings, or custom settings. (Pic 22 & 23).
-------------
02: I have 2 description headings when I click on a product, but can't find out how to remove one (Pic 24).
-------------
03: Can I make the artist grid pics bigger? (Pic 25).
04: When I click on my artist page (As in Pic 25)....at the bottom, the next and previous artist arrows, are not in the correct order (Pic 26). How do I fix that?
-------------
05: Can I set up a way for customers to choose whether they download an album in mp3, or WAV, so, when they click a digital download, they have a choice of what format to download the album in?
-------------
06: On my video page, I have set different playlist boxes, for different playlists on my YouTube page. I have 2 questions:
06a: Is it possible to start the video by just clicking the play icons (Pic 27), as at the moment, I have to still click the play button on the YouTube video. It's not a big deal, just if that isn't possible, I'd like to get rid of the play icons.
also
06b: When I land on the page, the correct thumbnails appear for the respective YouTube videos, in the Playlists (Pic 28), but the moment I click another video within a playlist, every playlist pic changes to the same, on all playlists, even if that YouTube video is not in that particular playlist (Pic 29).
Hi, 1)To generate audio preview FFmpeg have to be installed on your server. Please refer to this article: https://sonaar.io/docs/how-to-add-audio-preview-in-wordpress/ I recommend to set this online because otherwise you will have to set it twice.
2)About the description title. I will provide a custom css to fix this when I will be able to reach the product page.
3) If it is a grid from Essential Grid, the wat to make it bigger is to reduce the number of column. Set the grid to 3 column.
4) I need access to the wp-admin to investigate.
5)We can insert many files to download. The customer will decided which one he wants.
6 a)No sorry, the play button doesnt really work.
b) We have dont design the video list element to be used with manyof them on the same page. It looks like you are the fist to have done this. You are at least the first to have report this issue. I add this task to our roadmap but unfortunatelly, I dont have any fix for now.
2: No problem. I will ask Ionos again, regarding a live staging environment.
3: Okay, I thought there may be a way of keeping the same amount of columns, just bigger, but it's not a huge issue.
4: Same as number 2, as soon as I have a live staging environment, we can go back to this.
5: How do I add different download options? I'm guessing by adding a variable product?
6a: No problem
6b: I may add different clickable pictures, for each playlist, that then opens up a page with the one full YouTube playlist per clickable picture, that should bypass this issue.

If you have deleted the page, it should be in you trash pages...have you looked there?
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
Yeah, I deleted from there too. It was in the trash for weeks, but deleted it from there as I didn't think I'd ever need it.
The only way is that I send you manually the page template. what page template are you looking for ? Send me the page URL with a screenshot please.
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
That would be great. The page is here: https://sonaar.io/demos/?theme=Moonlight
And it's the "Music - Filters" page (as in the screenshot).
Thanks.

Is essential grid set in your page?
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
I think so (I've provided a screenshot of how the page looks).

Please go to wp-admin>Essential Grid

Hi Enghine,
#1
You have to edit the skin grid.
Please go to wp-admin>essential grid
Click on Edit skin. See here
And Remove this layer
#2
Go to wp-admin>theme options>custom css/js
And copy this code:
.single-product .sr-playlist-item .store-list{
display: none !important;
}
#3 Add this custom css field
.related.products .iron-audioplayer.show-playlist .playlist {
display: none !important;
}
Thanks,
Alexandre from the Sonaar.io Crew

5. Yes you can use a variation but it is not necesay, you can insert all files here:

Cool, so I'm guessing at some point during checkout, they can choose if it's the mp3 or WAV version they download?
Exactly
