This feature is to share a track post.
The correct way of using this featire is to setup only 1 track per post instead of having 1 playlist post with multiple tracks.
Then in your widget player, loads multiple track posts to create your tracklist.
For the design layout, what do you want to change exactly?

1&2: For the point 1 to works as you expect, you need to create 1 track per post.
3: Perhaps you can use custom CSS and JS to achieve what you want. we don't have an editable template for this
