    Hello,

    I would like to download a demo for my wordpress theme Cinematic.

    I can't find it on my sonaar WP package, and the video tutorial doesn't show me how to install it. I don't have a Demo content install option on Wordpress. Can I have an other way of installing the demo explained to me ?

    Hi Lucas,

    is Iron Demo Importer plugin installed and activated? If not, go to WP-Admin > Appearance > Install Plugins


    If it does not work, please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.

    To create an access:
    1) Log in to your WordPress website using your existing administrator account.
    2) Navigate to the "Users" section and click "Add New."
    3) Fill in the user details, including a unique username, email address ([email protected]), and a strong password.
    4) Assign the administrator role from the dropdown menu

    Submit the username and password you have created, in this ticket.
