When running old version of plugins sonaar-music ver 3.6 and sonaar-music-pro ver 3.6 the elementor plugin shows my tracks and allows me to play the music. The sticky player is present and working. The pop up player works as well.
After upgrading to sonaar-music ver 4.10.1 and sonaar-music-pro ver 4.10.2 the elementor widget is not showing up on the page but if you click on it while editing the page it shows the attributes for the player. If I create a new section and drop the widget on it again I get the same thing. Also absent are the sticky player and pop up player. I have cleared cache to no avail.
Please help me fix this. I have reverted back to the old version stated above and all is working again (after clearing cache).
Its frustrating doing updates from your company because most of the time something goes wrong. It's nice to get updates and new features but not at the expense of having to spend hours after each update getting the site back working again. Any updates or changes you make should never and I repeat NEVER Bork a running site. Never! New features should be separate and not effect the old functionality of your plugin. I should be able to go 6 or 7 months and do updates without my site loosing functionality.
I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues you're facing after updating our plugins. We understand how frustrating it can be when updates disrupt your site's functionality.
We always recommend testing updates on a staging server before applying them to a live production server. This is a best practice for any website maintenance to prevent exactly these types of issues.
Please be assured that the last thing we want is for an update to introduce problems. We strive to enhance our plugins while maintaining stability, and it's disappointing to hear about your experience.
It seems that you are the only user reporting this specific issue, which leads me to suspect it might be related to a server or plugin cache issue unique to your setup.
To help resolve this, I need to replicate and investigate the issue firsthand. Could you please provide a URL to a page where the issue occurs, along with access to your WordPress admin area? This will allow us to diagnose and address the problem more effectively.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're committed to resolving this for you as soon as possible.
