Could you try something for me? Please deactivate all your plugins except MP3 Audio Player and MP3 Audio Player Pro Addon, then see if the issue persists. If not, please reactivate your plugins one by one and see which plugin can cause the conflict.
Thank you! The problem is still persisting on normal chrome pages, but not on new incognito pages. In toggling plug ins, the two that seemed to cause issues (unless it was random) were Yoast Duplicate Post and WP Ultimate CSV Importer - Custom Fields Import. I can test more tomorrow.
