I purchased the music theme that came with Essential Grid included. After developing the site I moved the site from straysongs.net to straysongs.com. Everything was working fine. Now today the Essential Grids have disappeared. I checked in the Elementor editor and the shortcode is there in the section its supposed to appear.
So I thought perhaps its a license issue. Maybe I’m not allowed to move the Grid from from the initial domain? So I purchased a new licence for three sites. I can’t find anywhere to enter the key in the plugin on the new site? It appears at least from the backend to be working fine, but no place to enter the key?
Can you please confirm what;’s going on and help me get the plugin working again.
The Dev site was straysongs.net the now live site is straysongs.com
Question One: Are we allowed to move the site and keep the Essential Grid working?
If not any idea how to activate the plugin? It appears fully functional on the blackened. No place I can see tio enter an activation key.
First of all, is is not require to own a Essential Grid. Since we include the plugin directly (for free) into our theme, we made sure the plugin is 100% compatible with the theme.
We (Sonaar) are responsible to update the pre-packaged plugins that come with our theme. We release plugin updates on a regular basis after testing them and make sure they are 100% compatible with our theme. It’s the way it works for every theme that offers third-party plugins packaged into the theme.
But having a license provides you with certain advantages. You are not required to wait for a theme update to update the plugin. You have access to grid libraries offered by the Essential Grid team, and you can contact their support team if needed.
You should be able to migrate your site without any worries about grids.
Are you able to provide a login credential to the wp-admin? I will take a look. Please also point me where there grid is located.
The artist grid was how you Navigate from the page to the artist page. But the grid is no longer showing on the home page.
The other screenshot is the section shown from the Elementor editor that has the Essential Grid shortcode and is where that grid called "artist grid boxed" is not showing. Just above "Featured Artist" That's on the home page

Yes.. will send login in a minute soon as I create password and get a screen shot of the missing grid.
Also the Video player is acting up as well. Maybe its related?

The video player that says sorry, (attached) if you click the screen it takes you to Vimeo and the video plays. Its not protected. The video wont play in the player? On Artist Page https://straysongs.com/artist/the-guess-whos-mcdougall-and-wallace/

Please take a look and see if you can determine what the Essential Grid is not showing on the page.

Hi Alexander,
Issue resolved. I realized it was only my iMac so it turned out it was a recent Chrome extension I added.
Bit Defender for ad tracking . It was messing with security settings for Vimeo playback. And screwing wth Elementor.
Soon as I disabled the extension things went back to normal.
I changed the user password back. The good news is the issue was only only system. Who would have thought.
