yes I purchased website security from godaddy because they convinced me that I need it but it seems like ever since I added it I’m having issues on my site. I cleared the cache but it’s still not working I think it takes time to reflect on mobile correct? It’s working on desktop now after I cleared the cache but not on mobile. Should I get rid of this security service?

Do you have any cache plugin on your website or on your server ? Perhaps try to clear the cache.

I dont know, im not very familiar with GoDaddy. I recommend you contact them to see why they are prevent AJAX requests with WordPress.
