Ich betreibe einen Podcast mit über 600 Folgen und habe festgestellt, dass durch Ihr Tool automatisch Thumbnails in meiner WordPress-Datenbank erstellt werden. Mittlerweile sind es über 1000 Bilder, die ich nicht manuell hochgeladen habe. Diese große Anzahl an Bildern beeinträchtigt die Geschwindigkeit meines Servers erheblich und hat negative Auswirkungen auf die Auffindbarkeit meiner Website durch Google.
Um dem entgegenzuwirken, habe ich kürzlich die ersten 300 Thumbnails aus meiner Bibliothek gelöscht. Daraufhin traten massive Fehler auf meiner Seite auf, bis hin zur vollständigen Nichterreichbarkeit. Wenn ich das Theme wechsle, wird meine Seite zwar wieder geladen, aber alle grafischen Elemente und Inhalte sind verfälscht oder fehlen ganz.
Die Performance meiner Website liegt auf Desktop-Geräten bei 99 %, aber bei mobilen Geräten nur bei 37-40 %. Da meine Website meine einzige Einnahmequelle ist, benötige ich dringend Ihre Hilfe, um diese Probleme zu lösen und die Erreichbarkeit meiner Seite wiederherzustellen.

I run a podcast with over 600 episodes and have noticed that your tool automatically creates thumbnails in my WordPress database. There are now over 1000 images that I did not upload manually. This large number of images significantly impacts the speed of my server and negatively affects the discoverability of my website on Google.
To counteract this, I recently deleted the first 300 thumbnails from my library. Subsequently, massive errors occurred on my site, up to complete inaccessibility. When I change the theme, my page does load again, but all graphical elements and contents are distorted or missing entirely.
The performance of my website is at 99% on desktop devices, but only 37-40% on mobile devices. As my website is my only source of income, I urgently need your help to resolve these issues and restore the accessibility of my site.
Please contact me as soon as possible with a solution or further steps I can take. Thank you in advance for your support.
Images in the DB should not have any impact on the performance on your front-end website. When importing new episode, we also insert the attached image for reference, but we don't use them on the frontend unless you have decided to display the image.
I recommend you contact your webhosting so they can rollback to a previous backup before the massive errors shown.

Hi,
