I have 49 files for this audiobook playlist. Before I bought Pro, it would only display 37 files. Then I bought Pro and it only shows 30, then I add, and it shows 25. It seems everytime I update the playlist, it deletes multiple files.

    Hi,

It's a limitation set by your server. You must increase the value of max_input_vars on your server. Set it to 6000 and check if it works.

    More info here: https://support.undsgn.com/hc/en-us/articles/213459869-Max-Input-Vars

    Thanks,

hat’s OK. I’ll just take the refund. I can’t risk having any issues with my mobile app. If a customer comes to it and something glitches, it’ll ruin the experience. I’m just gonna stick with custom HTML code, because that doesn’t glitch.

It’s a good product. It just isn’t gonna work for what I’m doing. Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

no problem, I can refund, but there wont be any glitch with the mobile app. The max input var setting is just a setting to allow your server to save posts with many tracks in it. It has no relation with the front-end.

    Thanks,

Ok, thank you. Maybe when I have some more time I will give it another try. The last plugin likes yours I used worked fine on the website but cause my app to freeze up.

Is there a way for your app to remember the location the person left off at? I write audiobooks and I really need that feature so people can come back, login, and pick up were they left off.

Let me give it one more try with the php before you refund it. I'll let you know what happens.

A: You can enabled Continuous Player to remember the sticky player timing when the user come back to your site by going to WP-Admin > MP3 Player > Settings > Sticky Player

Hey! Thanks for telling about the PhP. It does work fantastic and is exactly what I have been looking for. Worth every penny. However, there is one dilemma- The memory of the spot left off on sticky works in browser but not on my mobile app.

I have it set free to use right now if you want to see. Thanks for the help. This is really going to give me the level of professionalism I have been needing.

Im not familiar with mobile app.. The continuous audio playback is based on the browser cookies. thats where we store the information.

    Thanks,

Okay, got it. I think that the cookies are not enabled on the app. I will look into that. Thanks for the info.

If you have someone else with this issue, I called GoDaddy and the had to adjust the vars under php to 10,000 for it to work. A simple phone call and 10,000+ was the answer.

I'll let you know what happens with the mobile app. Looks great!
