I'm writing to report a currency conversion error that's occurring specifically within the Sonaar widget. The price in Brazilian Reais (BRL) is displaying incorrectly.
Here are the details:
Affected Area: Sonaar widget
Incorrect Display: The price is showing as "Prince In BRL" instead of the correct value of R$50.
Other Functionality: Currency conversion is working properly on the product page itself.
Recent Issue: This error has not occurred previously.
Request:
Please investigate this issue and provide a solution as soon as possible to ensure accurate pricing for our Brazilian customers. I'm available to provide further information if needed.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
What plugin do you use to manage your multi currency ? Perhaps the your plugin is not compatible with our plugin. Have you tried other multicurrency plugins ?
I'm using the "WooCommerce Price Based on Country Pro" plugin.
This plugin was working fine until a few updates ago; now, it's not functioning properly.
I've disabled every CSS and JS optimization, but it's still not working correctly. This issue persists even on another website, such as ghostproducer.com.br.
I advise you firstly check with the plugin author. im sure a lot of third party plugins have the kind of issue you are having when using WooCommerce Price Based on Country Pro
