    Hello dear support.

    Since last update 5.01 I can't activate plugin player.  Attempt to activating is doing nothing. Still stays in deactivated status. Activating attempt is not showing any message about something is wrong.

    Activating Pro Add-on licence is successful.

    Last version 4 works well.

    Could you help me solve this issue please? Thank you

    Hi

    Could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.

    To create an access:

    1. Log in to your WordPress website using your existing administrator account.
    2. Navigate to the "Users" section and click "Add New."
    3. Fill in the user details, including a unique username, email address ([email protected]), and a strong password.
    4. Assign the administrator role from the dropdown menu
    5. Click "Add New User" to create the administrator account.
    6. Submit the username and password you have created, in this ticket.

    I have found that it is PHP version too old.

    I will update my PHP version, and post result. If will not help I will do your requirements to access to my WordPress.

    I have upgraded from PHP 6.3 to 6.4 and the issue is fixed.
