I cant seem to get this mp3 player to work. I'm using example 93 from the templates.
As you can see in the image, on the title bar mood, instruments and length all have a "no" value on them.
The last track "trap melodic" does in fact have fields assigned in the product page (it's my only completed product so far) but none of them are displayed by the track for mood, instruments on the title bar, nor do any selections in the custom filters dropdown display the track when selected.
Can you tell me how to add a track from a playlist to the product page using the mp3 player shortcode generator?
On product page edit I have to choose a playlist, it says "Enter a comma separated list of post IDs. Enter latest to always load the latest published playlist post. Click the magnifying glass to search for content". I have no idea what this means or what the name of the playlist you created is.
Is there a specific reason why you would like to manually add a shortcode player to a product page ? What I mean is that the player should automatically be present on a product page (if tracks are set into our custom fields: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/5BTCAK ).
Additionally, if you want more control over the product page, I recommend using Elementor Pro (Advanced Plan). Which will allow you to build your product page as you wish. Example of what we did here: https://templates.sonaar.io/audience/product/room-3327/

I'm trying to add a carousel cover flow (template example 97) above the beat container (like in the example picture ex1) but when I do it as 'this widget' or 'selected posts' I get this ...picture ex2. It squeezes the cover to a vertical line.
I want to only add certain beats here which is why I'm doing it as 'this widget or selected posts'
Also how do you embed the sonaar templates to product pages? I know how to add media from the product edit screen but I would like to add a few mp3 player and video templates to showcase products. There doesn't seem to be a way to access the elementor editor via the product page or editor. (Incidentally , that's why I asked before about the shortcode generator.)

They might show because they are set to be displayed. Please elaborate with a screenshot of what is the track(s) that are showing on which player which should not be displayed.
For the player from our screenshot, this screenshot has been taken from a new beta version which will allow to set a background image of your artwork in the player. This feature has not been released yet.
In your case. If you want to simply have a gradient background in your tracklist, you have set it correctly. The issue is you also have a tracklist item background color set for your track items. you can remove it here: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/a8ze8t

I think the issue was because the player had to be inserted into a real page, not to be held in a template post type.

I already tried that, mood, instruments disappears and the filters dont work. Also the instrument field in your example doesn't display anything.
