I love the theme, but I´m having problems since the installation. First, there is a theme update and It´s not posible to updated it.
The time of loading elementor is too large, and many times it doesn't load.
Its not posible to create a new page (a white page appears).
When I activate the theme license it looks successful, but the next time y access to the theme dashboard it is asking me to validate the license again. Is it normal?
While your ressource have been increased and seems OK, there still issues that I cannot understand. The problem seems intermittent as Ive been able 1 or 2 time to see a new page correctly, and i have tried like 30 times. There is definitely something wrong with that server.
I have 20 years experience with WordPress and development and im a senior developer. Its the first time I see something like this.
I recommend you switch to another server company and I guarantee it will work.. I recommend Cloudways.com (with Digital Ocean basic server) for the hosting because its simply the best.
If you dont want to switch to another server, I understand. In this case, I can refund you the theme, no problem.

Its definitely looks a memory issue.
Please change:
PHP Time Limit to 600 (currently set at 60)
PHP Max Input time to 600 (currently set at 60)
PHP Post Max Size to 64MB (currently set at 35M)
