Hi, guys. I bought your theme which called Apex. I like it, but there are some issues with Theme.

    1. I can't upload my own template. I have pricing table template and I want to upload it and use it in this theme but when I try to do it, it simply not showing anything, it's refreshing the page and I don't know why, and there is nothing.
UPDATE: Now when I try to upload a template it's saying invalid type of template. But it's valid type. It's .JSON or Zip file. I tried both, didn't work.

    2. When I upload .zip file and link it to custom link menu or just to button, it's opening new empty page in order to download the file. Why is it so? It should just stay at the same page and download process needs to begin. How can I solve this issue? I can download the file but it will move to another new empty page in order to download it.

I attached video files below, please check them!

    Hi,

    1) Perhaps make sure Flex Container is active in WP-Admin > Elementor > Settings > Features: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/GsD8pa

If you have an additional issue with this import, does it work with a default theme activated instead of Sonaar? If not, please contact Elementor support to see why it does not work even with a default WP theme as this wont be related to our theme.

    2) You can solve the issue by adding the 'no-ajax' CSS class in your menu. See screenshot: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/FSdwVb

    Thanks,

Hi, Max. Second issue has been solved, thanks. But first issue still remains. I activated flexbox-container and it didn't change anything. My template works fine on other regular WordPress themes. But I only have trouble on this theme.

And also I have one another problem too. My Desktop website's Menu buttons are clickable and linkable, but on my Mobile device Main menu buttons are not clickable because they need just to show me secondary buttons inside of it. How can I make all buttons clickable/linkable on Mobile device also? You can check the video I've attached.

    Hi,

    1) Please provide me the file you are trying to import. I will test it locally.

    3) For the menu:

This menu item contains sub-menu items.

On desktop, you can "hover it" to unveil the sub-menu as well as to "click it" and link to somewhere. On mobile however, there is no hover technically possible so you'll need to click it to unveil its sub-menu.

That being said, if you want to use sub-menu items,  we don't recommend to link its parent item to somewhere because it won't redirect on mobile. It will rather unveil the sub-menu.

So perhaps you will want to reorganize your menu structure by example:

    - RESOURCES  (link to nowhere or #)

    Hi,

it seems to work here: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/0PqsGM

One thing I've noticed is that when I imported your template, it was set to draft so I could not import it. I have published your template to prevent having the template as a draft, then I've been able to import it.

    Thanks,
