I'm having an issue with your theme when it comes to pages using Woocommerce. The AJAX smooth transition from page to page breaks for some reason when I'm on any woocommerce pages. Also, the back button on the browsers doesn't work anymore on those pages. It just does nothing.
WooCommerce is not compatible with ajax loading im afraid. We have been talking and waiting for the WooCommerce team to allows this for ages but they don't have this feature available at this time im afraid.
