    For some reason, the htaccess files keep denying access which causes the site to go down. Is there a reason this would continue to happen?

    Hi, I have contacted my webhost provider and they say the problem is on this end.

    What they mean by "the problem is on this end"? Do they claim that the issue stems from the Sonaar theme? Have they provided more details? If you provide me with FTP access, I'd be happy to investigate further.

    My site works perfectly when I switch to other themes but access is prevented when I use the sonaar theme. How can I fix this?

    This is the error:

    When I update permissions, it just changes back.

    On further investigation, I don't think the problem is with the theme. I will continue to work with the webhost provider.
