I am planning to buy the Pro version of Sonaar Music MP3 Player Plugin, I have kept my Audio files on AWS S3 Bucket, I tried to play one of the files directly from there and I was able to do it, bucket if I have a bucket that contains lets say 10 or 20 audio files, and I provide the bucket name, can the player read all the audio files in the order and show that as tracks in that playlist? My whole project is based on this so I need to clarify and your chat is of no use, I tried to chat with someone for 5-6 hours but got no reply.
We don't have a tool to input a bucket name and fetch automatically the tracks from there at this time. If other user requests this, we will add it to our roadmap for sure. We only have a CSV importer where you can fetch a csv file, or a bulk playlist importer where you can import MP3 directly from your WP media library.
For the chat response, please note that our support is from Monday to Friday from 9ham to 5hpm. We are located in Canada, so time zones may differ depending on where you are located.
The ability to display a playlist that contains tracks for the last 30 days is not option we have at this time, sorry. Perhaps you can develop a script to generate a csv file based on your needs?
Q: Also, If I somehow update a specific location in my puublic_html folder of my domain, will the plugin be somehow be able to access everything from there?
A: Im not sure what you mean .. what do you mean by able everything from there ?
How do I connect this to my episode, this file name and location will stay the same but on a daily basis this audio file will be replaced with a new one.
Secondly, I have another location on my website server where I have about 30 audio files, each about 2 MB each, now I want to create a playlist for this as well, I tried creating a CSV file and uploaded that, which lead to giving me an error saying a critical issue has occurred on your website, I have attached the CSV file for your reference.
I just bought the pro plan on Sonar and now trying to see if it meets my requirements.

1: you are not setting the csv file at the correct place. See screenshot how to use a csv file to create a playlist: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/w1bFyO
2: I heard its an bug introduce with the new version of iOS where web audio player stops when going on lock mode. This apply to any web audio player. not just our. If you have an example of a web audio player that works on lock mode, could you please give me the URL so I can check how they manage to overpass the iOS bug ?
The not secure issue is not coming, you can try playing it on both places, I am not sure why this is happening, please suggest a solution to this issue.
1) Could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.
2) As i said, its an bug introduced with the new version of iOS where web audio player stops when going on lock mode. This apply to any web audio player. not just our. Could you please give me the page URL where I can see your Podbean player that you have embedded ?
3) Could you elaborate on what you mean by optimizing the music player for pro version ?
For the iOS, this is in the hand of the Apple team..There are so many forum threads opens by multiple iOS users about this issue. As I said, this does not affect only our player, but any audio/video that are being played on iOS in a internet browser.

Let's say I have a mp3 file on my website server, under public_html file in the backend:

How do I connect this to my episode, this file name and location will stay the same but on a daily basis this audio file will be replaced with a new one.

a: you will set your tracks in our custom field: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/vgbyYe
for the fatal error, for some reason, your csv is missing one , (comma) at the end of each of your rows.

So here is the strange thing mark, if you play this on my home blog page I get the not secure issue but if you play it on some other page like this:
https://letsdatascience.com/daily-ai-news-archive/
The not secure issue is not coming, you can try playing it on both places, I am not sure why this is happening, please suggest a solution to this issue.

Looking forward to your solution.
Thank You.

The file you were using on your blog page was not using a https secure protocol. See screenshot: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/0OrSWK
I have added https instead of http and now it works.

I dont think so

Just a quick headsup: you wrote us 14 hours ago.
In the documentation, it says:
"Please note that when you setup your report, the stats will NOT show up until the next 24 hours! If you don’t see the stats, make sure to wait 24 hours before the stats start to appear. So you might want to wait 24 hours before creating your first report."
Have you waited 24 hours yet ?

The tags are automatically sent to GA, you don't have to add tags to each of your tracks.
You just have to fill in the following EXACT information:
Dimension name: Playlist
Scope: Event
Event parameter: event_category
Dimension name: Audio Track
Scope: Event
Event parameter: event_label

Hi,
I've taken a more deep look into the iOS issue which stop the audio on locked screen and I think I've found a workaround.
Could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly apply the hotfix.
Thanks,

Please check now. Dont forget to clear your browser and server cache
