    Hello,

    I have a problem with the audio playback on the tracks on my website. When I play back the beats on my site from the web browser I am logged into Wordpress with, I hear the right audio being played from the tracks. But when I visit my website from a different browser, incognito or with my mobile, every beat that I play has the same audio file behind it. Example: my latest track "Brainpower" has the audio of a different track, and that audio is the same on all the other tracks. The audio that is being played on all these tracks, is the audio from the first beat I uploaded.

    I would love to hear a solution to this, as you can understand this is a significant problem for my beatstore.

    Hi,

    Could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.

    To create an access:

    1. Log in to your WordPress website using your existing administrator account.
    2. Navigate to the "Users" section and click "Add New."
    3. Fill in the user details, including a unique username, email address ([email protected]), and a strong password.
    4. Assign the administrator role from the dropdown menu
    5. Click "Add New User" to create the administrator account.
    6. Submit the username and password you have created, in this ticket.

    Hi,

    It looks like an issue with your cache plugin.

    I have deleted the audio preview using this button: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/Bs6qZP

    Then I went to check in incognito and the same audio preview were still playing the same track.

    I then purged SG cache from your site, and now it plays different file.

    However, there is no "audio preview" of 15 seconds. At this point, im not sure if you wanted to use the audio preview or not ?

    Thank you for your quick respones Max, greatly appreciate it. For my beatstore, I don't think I need audio previews. I want my customers to just listen to the entire beat, that version has my producer tag in it anyways.

    No problem. You can deactivate the audio preview option if you don't use it.
