let me explain the issue. I am the designer of Eduardo Niebla's website (eduardoniebla.com), he is my client and the person who is going to buy the plugins. Previously, I bought the wp theme in my name to speed up the website creation process but now I see that it was a mistake and that the entire process should have been done in the name of Eduardo Niebla.
So my questions are:
Is there any solution or way to transfer the WP theme that I bought and put it in his name?
If there is not:
the solution is to open an account in the name of Eduardo Niebla, buy the plugins and download them,
Even though the plugins are in the name of Eduardo Niebla, will I be able to install them in the theme (which is in my name)?

Technically, we cant transfer license to another account im afraid.
Even if the account is in the name of Eduardo, you will be able to install it on your site, as long as you have the zip file and the license key.
