    Is there a way to add the bpm, key, and other tags to each individual track in a playlist? 

    I know I can assign tags to the entire playlist, but is there a way to assign it to each individual track in the playlist?

    No it's not possible.

    No. Wordpress queries and metadata are set at post level. Not at their content level.
