I made a basic post and pod the Spotify for Podcasters share url in the external audio link field. However, as you can see in the related URL, it's not playing. What could be the issue?
However, I need to pick a specific episode or is this not possible? Spotify help is not really helping. :-(
More logical would be import rss feed and sonaar makes the episodes, and I'm not using normal posts. This works, even Custom meta fields of Crocoblock.
WPML however doesn't pick the audio in the translation.

Hi,
What is your RSS feed URL ?
Thanks,
Max from the Sonaar.io Crew
https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/minas-valtsa/episodes/South-Aegean-Musicians---e2g74gj/a-ab0es3e
This does not looks like a valid RSS feed.
See documentation here on how tor retrieve your public RSS feed: https://support.spotify.com/us/podcasters/article/your-rss-feed/

I asked my customer for this and now I have the following feed which plays:

Yes its possible.
The easiest and quickest way is by setting your RSS feed in elementor widget and set an episode name. eg: https://drops.sonaar.io/i/N4u64d
Tell me if that works for you

Yes. It worked. However I changed it back to just uploading the MP3 which is actually quicker in my setup of the website.
Case can be closed. :-)
