I need the feature (sticky mp3 player) to auto-start playing a local mp3 when the home page loads.

Auto-play audio when your page loads is now banned by most desktop and mobile browsers including Chrome and Safari. This is what we call a "Auto-Play Policy". To play audio in a web browser, the user has to interact with the page before audio can play. Interactions is something like clicking a menu, a button, scroll down the page, etc.

However the auto play option in the image https://d.pr/i/ouq7Ay is no longer there, it now says (Enable Shuffle), how can I make these song play when the user interact with the page?

I´m using another free plugin ( Compact Audio Player ), and the auto play function woroks perfectly on any browser and android devices, This means that it is still possible do you mean that you no longer have these feature?
