We are hosting on GoDaddy.  Over the past several months, Elementor was updated to 3.24.  This created a conflict with the Elementor Sonaar Add-Ins plug-in.  The result was that the Elementor panel was grayed out with a spinner.

Today, I re-purchased the same Sonaar theme and attempted to install it, assuming that I just needed to upgrade to a later theme version.  The result was that the entire site had garbled fonts, layouts, etc.  It was unusable.

Now I have purchased the latest moonlight theme and am still unable to use my site. Can you assist?  I can create an admin login in a private message.

NOTE:  I reverted to a working backup of the site, so the new theme is no longer installed. However, you can see the issue with Elementor.

I apologize for the difficulty. Is it possible your result is cached?

And then select "Log in with username and password".  This works for me in a private window.
