Plugin Crashed

    Hello,

I tried to create a new post but the text editor in Elementor was not loading.
Then I deactivated all plugins and activated them one by one until I found that the "Elementor Sonaar Addons" caused it.

I kept it deactivated and tried to activate all the rest. Then my website crashed due to the "RevSlider" plugin.
I managed to enter WordPress in safe mode, delete the plugin and tried to find it again to reinstall it but I couldn't find it. Is it possible to install it for me somehow?

Back to the "Elementor Sonaar Addons" I see that this is for the menu on the website.
Is there any alternative way that I can use for the menu instead of this plugin so I can avoid the crash?

I see also that there are Health Issues on my website since these changes happened with fatal errors. Can you have a look on this please as well?

Many thanks in advance for your support!

    Best regards,
    Giorgos

    Hi,

    the error is very unusual.

Could you please provide me temporary access to your WP-Admin (WordPress dashboard), I will gladly check the issue you have.

    To create an access:

    1. Log in to your WordPress website using your existing administrator account.
    2. Navigate to the "Users" section and click "Add New."
    3. Fill in the user details, including a unique username, email address ([email protected]), and a strong password.
    4. Assign the administrator role from the dropdown menu
    5. Click "Add New User" to create the administrator account.
    6. Submit the username and password you have created, in this ticket.

    Thanks,

    Hi Max,

I have you already as an admin. I sent a link to reset the password.

for what it's worth, I have the same issue. Infinitely loading greyed-out elementor edit panel. It only works as expected once I disable the Elementor Sonaar Addons plugin

    Hi,

Please update your themes to version 4.27. You are currently using version 4.26 and this issue has been fixed in the latest update. Also, update Elementor for Sonaar plugin to 2.4 which is part of the Theme package.

Please read this article about how to update your theme.

    Thanks,

You are uploading the wrong file. Unzip the file called "UNZIP-ME-FIRST_Sonaar-WP-Package.zip" on your computer first, then upload the file called sonaar.zip which is located in the /theme/ folder.

    Thanks,

Yes, indeed! I managed to install it now.

What about the Site Health Issues? This appeared 2 days ago when the site crashed.

Please check this with your hosting support. this does not look related to our theme or plugins.

    Thanks,
