Essential grid is crucial to my site because I use it as the only Navigation tool, from the Landing/Front Page throughout, including footers. I build each Grid manually by choosing an image, then decorating it with link and title. This works great because my site is an encyclopedia of my life's work - composed music each with stories, and events, each on a Page, and remains static. So, my site is not functioning at all. Strangely, however, I can reach the same urls from outside my site. Something is quite wrong with Essential Grid 3.1.3 and my site. I have deleted EssG cache, WP cache and browser cache. Am I better to update Ess Grid to get my site functioning??
To update Essential Grid, go to wp-admin > Appearance > Install Plugins. You will have the option to upgrade Essential Grid to version 3.1.6 if it hasn't been done already.
However, I don't believe this will solve the issue. I suggest disabling the Ajax navigation in 'wp-admin > Theme Options > General Settings > Enable Continuous Audio Player and AJAX'. I'm almost certain that with this functionality disabled, everything will work fine.
