I am writing to report a critical backward compatibility issue with the MP3 Audio Player Pro Update Version 5.10.
The Issue: Immediately after updating to v5.10, the player stopped working on all my existing posts (576 posts).
Symptom: The player interface loads, but it displays "0 MIN", shows no waveform, and the playlist appears empty.
Context: I am using the standard Gutenberg Block manually inserted into posts, linked to specific playlists.
New vs. Old: Interestingly, if I created a fresh test post with a new block in v5.10, the player worked perfectly. However, all existing blocks from before the update were broken in the frontend (though they looked correct in the backend editor).
Troubleshooting steps taken (without success): Before contacting you, I performed extensive troubleshooting to rule out other causes:
Conflicts: Deactivated all other plugins (including security/recaptcha plugins) and switched themes.
Files: Verified that no JS files were returning 404 errors in the console.
Database: Deleted all Transients and reset Permalinks.
Settings: Tried disabling "Continuous Player" and "AJAX loading", and forced "Load Assets Globally".
Resaving: Opening an old post and clicking "Update" did not fix the frontend issue.
Conclusion & Temporary Fix: It appears that Version 5.10 cannot correctly read or initialize the data attributes from existing Gutenberg blocks created in previous versions. The player container loads, but the audio data connection is lost.
I had to restore a full server backup to revert the plugin to Version 5.9.5. After the rollback, everything is working perfectly again immediately.
Please investigate this backward compatibility issue with existing Gutenberg blocks. I cannot update to 5.10 until this is resolved.
Hello, So far, you are the only one who has reported an issue. Could you give me the URL of a player that is having the problem with the update? I will try to reproduce the same conditions on another WordPress site.

Hi,
Today, I updated to WordPress 6.9 and then updated both Sonaar plugins to 5.10. Now everything works!
There are no more problems.
Thanks a lot!
