I dont really understand what is going wrong. I m not so familiar with cPanel. I didnt know it was possible to install a wordpress theme through the cpanel.
I recommend you to go with the classic way, through the wordpress dashboard. Please go to wp-admin>appearance>theme
Please be sure you are using the right file "sonaar_v4.zip"
If it still doesnt work, try by ftp.
Connect to your server by ftp Unzip first the sonaar_v4.zip file Go to the wp-content/themes folder And upload the "sonaar" folder you have unziped
You can download the Sonaar theme from your Sonaar Account. Login at https://sonaar.io/login then go to My Account > Licenses > View Details and Downloads.
